Field Trip and Technology Observation: Smart Agricultural Technology and Sustainable Aquaculture Models (SDGs 2, 9, 12, 14) In-depth visit to Smart Farming HK’s smart fish farm, with a field trip focusing on the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) and AI aquaculture technology. Explore how big data, the Internet of Things, and blockchain technology enhance fishery production efficiency and sustainability, reduce environmental impact, and understand how smart fish farms practice sustainable aquaculture, combining technology and environmental protection concepts to contribute to Hong Kong’s food security. Objective: To enhance public awareness of smart agricultural technology and sustainable aquaculture, demonstrate how technology improves food production efficiency and reduces environmental impact, promote responsible consumption and production, and drive sustainable development and food security in Hong Kong.

Waste-to-Treasure Workshop: Food Waste Recycling System Tour (SDGs 2, 11, 12, 13) Experience the magical journey of “turning food waste into treasure”! Witness how food waste is transformed into fish feed, achieving resource recycling and reducing environmental impact. Observe fish consuming food waste-based feed, embodying the cyclical regeneration of the food chain, and reflect on how to reduce waste in daily life and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Fish-Based Pet Food Workshop: Food Waste Recycling System (SDGs 2, 11, 12, 13) Using fresh fish for air-dried pet food, participants can learn how to make fresh pet food on-site. The fresh food is made with the highest quality ingredients and then gently air-dried to maximize nutrition and retain high levels of trace elements, creating a nutritious diet with a jerky texture.

ESG Seminar – The Future of Sustainability: ESG Tech Solutions (SDGs 2, 9, 12, 17)Smart Smart Farming adheres to the “You are what you eat” philosophy, committed to creating an environmentally friendly and high-tech aquaculture system based on ESG principles. This system prioritizes profitability, food quality, and environmental protection, recognizing the importance of our diet in promoting well-being.

ESG Seminar: Sharing on Organizing SDG Sustainable Development Education Activities Planning sustainable development education activities for schools, implementing quality education and climate action within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We offer schools activities related to more than 11 UN Sustainable Development Goals (including biodiversity). Allowing principals, teachers, and students to easily enjoy the learning process, combining diverse activities into “quality education.” At the same time, through grounded plans and activities, schools and students can truly practice the Sustainable Development Goals and earn achievement badges.
